The Salesforce CEO recently said the hybrid work balance is not "one-size-fits-all," despite mandating his own workers back to the office three days a week.
I’ve been 100% WFH since 2015, as a Salesforce developer. There are definitely some minor drawbacks to it, from socialization to getting left out of certain decisions that can happen more spur of the moment that video/teleconferencing can’t really solve, no matter how hard you try. The place I work for has a 1 day a week policy for those who aren’t fully remote, which seems pretty reasonable to me. Some people come in every day while others only come in once a week.
