2 years ago@dessalines I didn’t know about the IPO until looking at the subreddit today, and it seems like a good opportunity to see how Lemmy interacts with Mastodon (having jumped ship from Twitter in November).
I’m not surprised that they would eventually have an IPO, and for shareholders r/piracy seems an easy target to demand they take down.
Hopefully this helps. The “community” shows up as a group account, and boosts all the posts and comments made there.
(Not sure if the images I’ve attached from Mastodon will show here, but should give an idea of how it propagates to the microblogging fediverse.
