Thanks ! :D
Is it the same in Europe ? I feel like with the different regulations, they might also get sued there.
I simply think they won’t care much about it, as it seems from the requirements :/
I wonder what would be the difference in environmental footprint between the two types of chargers. According to this article it seems okay-ish compared to classical chargers, but more sources would be needed for me to form an opinion on the matter.
Anyhow, these new chargers look neat
It seems practical enough for mails that seem uselessly verbose. But eh, then the issue is why do you have to write all the “boring emails” in the first place ? Why are they so boring that you need an AI to write them for you ?
Sorry, I’m from Europe, I don’t really understand what is the difference an iPad makes ? Does it mean that like when you’re at a bookstore, it asks you to tip ?
I really can’t count the number of times I had to go on Google Scholar to find a concrete answer for a silly question outside of my field (like, biology, psychology, sociology etc.) because the rest of the web was incapable of giving me a concrete answer backed with sources. I have to say it does take more time and energy though. And you won’t find a simple answer to your question, more like “Yes, but it depends”.
My three main sources of news are SemanticScholar for research papers, Reddit (Now Lemmy) for short form content news, Youtube channels such as Fireship or Mental Outlaw for tech/privacy focused news. My colleagues who also use a lot of twitter for keeping up, help me keep up with some smaller things.
That’s a very interesting article, thanks for the share ! I’ve read a similar thing on how to read efficiently research paper. It’s very useful when having to parse many papers : http://ccr.sigcomm.org/online/files/p83-keshavA.pdf
Kubuntu, not much configuration and pretty accessible for me !
I agree with you that it sometimes gives wrong answers. But most of the time, it can help better than StackOverflow, especially with simple problems. I mean, there wouldn’t be such an exodus from StackOverflow if ChatGPT answers were so bad right ?
But, for very specific subjects or bizarre situations, it obviously cannot replace SO.
