  • If they doesn’t want Poland to have its own nuclear weapons, Russian and the USA should put more effort into progressive nuclear disarmement as agreed by treaty:

the NPT non-nuclear-weapon states agree never to acquire nuclear weapons and the NPT nuclear-weapon states in exchange agree to share the benefits of peaceful nuclear technology and to pursue nuclear disarmament aimed at the ultimate elimination of their nuclear arsenals.

Russia stopped participating in START, that agreement officially expired last month, and there has been no new agreement between Russia and the USA tio reduce stockpiles. Trump is chaotic, threatens to invade allies, so there’s reason to doubt it would defend NATO allies.

So it’d be logical for Poland to look into building its own nuclear deterrence. The solution is to better enforce the NTP, decrease everyone’s stockpile, including Russian and USA’s.

I seached the answer online to better understand the meme, and that’s one of the first results.

Sorry if that’s AI generated. I didn’t search for AI generated answer, and didn’t ask ChatGPT, this is sadly what seach results looks like nowadays.

Will gladly edit the top comment if you can suggest a better article.

  • The platform that works closest to this is https://www.liberapay.com/

It used to allow making 1 monthly payment and spreading it between projects. But they had to change to comply with banking/payment platform rules so each money transfer is directed to one beneficiary from the get go. Meaning you setup a recurring payment per project.

There’s also the nlnet foundation https://nlnet.nl/

It’s possible to give them 1 recurring payment to support OSS projects. But they manage how the money is split between projects and their own overhead. You don’t pick the projects.

  • reintroduce diesel versions in Europe for models ranging from various passenger vans to the Peugeot 308 and premium DS No. 4 hatchback.

Those models are NOT on the smaller nor cheaper side, and burn fossiel fuel. I don’t see how this would help them compete against small and cheap EVs.

Last year it added a petrol hybrid version of the Fiat 500

This model makes slightly more sense, but still burns fossiel fuel.

Still looks like stellantis is going to produce less EVs, multiply the number of models/assembly lines. It’s not obvious how that’d help compete with cheap chinese EVs or reach economy of scale. Please try producing SMALLER and cheaper EVs models with less connected/electronic gadgets, to cather to those who care about pollution and their budget, not so much about expensive shiny gadgets.

  • Putting less restriction on social workers seems like a step in the right direction.

The Welsh government isn’t the only one in Europe focusing on tweaking rules and on reorganisations, rather than putting resources where most needed.

Let’s hope there’s more to come to make housing more afforable, eg better regulation of airbnb-style rentals, use tax/insevtives to make housing less attractive to speculators but more accessible to residents.

Public money for social housing can help too, but by itself it won’t fix the disfunctional housing market.
