It’s weird how serious people take this. So many people think they have the “original” recipe for something. There is no original recipe. Everything is a variation. What is considered the “original” today would be considered “wrong and stupid” 50 years ago. And the same is true yet again 50 years ago, and so on.
Just eat what you want.
Hmm, the banana might be a bit much, maybe with plantain banana it would be better? But Pineapple & curry sounds like a good mix 😊
